Within humanity lies a great destiny; we stand alone at a vortex of possibilities and choice. There is more power today than ever before; power to build, power to create, power to destroy and power to kill. Humanity stands at a cross roads.
The first path, that of peace and prosperity, is indeed beautiful. It extends until the inevitable heat death of the universe, foretold in the prophesy of the second law of thermodynamics. The second path, one of death, is equally beautiful but chilling.
