Its hard to say, If you mean stop terrorism, then usa must understand that the iraqi people where not terrorist. The only thing that was done against terrorism targeting the us was in afganistan. Other terrorist around the globe fight for deseperate cause or when its their only choice.
In my country there where terrorist in the 60's fighting for a cause, in the 70's some people founded a politic party defending the same cause. When the population understood the cause was not desesperate anymore, terrorism disapear.

They don't do it for no reason. I think thats why terrorism is not a big deal, when the case won't be desesperate, they will stop. the problem is the american reputation and implication in this sector is the reason it got attacked 9/11. Now Its just getting worst. It could get better but with the opposite strategy.

The republican administration is not fighting terrorist, They are trying to control other country just like the bush's fathers administration and other republican administration did. They try to control others by arming them, attacking them, funding them, using cia or intimidation.Then when those country understand that the usa did not help them but used them, they don't want to be american puppet anymore.

I think that Sadam was an horrible man and his regime had to be expeled but i would like the people who dealed with him to be condamned to. You rememeber the picture of Rumsfield shaking hands with these people ?
Its also clear that the other country and world population didnt want to join in the war because of the bush administration.

The usa are not the only one who played with other country like puppet. The soviet union did and some european power but they dont do it anymore like they used to. Its just not accepted anymore.

Its clear that the world leaders are not suporting anymore those type of administration and if the usa wants help other than the one from tony blair, they will have to go for kerry next election. At least alot of american seems to understand that either their alone and hated with bush or their with Kerry working with other allies and respected.

Its even more clear that world population are not suporting those type of administration. What some call anti-americanism, is definatly anti-bush. The proof ? I can guaranty you that wherever Kerry will go around the world he will be received like a rock superstar, wherever bush goes, there will be manifestation. And bush, he can't be seen in public, its just unthinkable.
